WeldStar™ Aluminized Fireproof Split Leather Welding Gloves

The WeldStar™ Aluminized Fireproof Split Leather Welding Gloves are specifically engineered for environments where workers are exposed to intense radiant heat, sparks, and elevated temperatures. Manufactured from premium orange fireproof cow split leather, these gloves combine exceptional durability with advanced heat-reflective protection.

The palm side is constructed from heavy-duty fireproof cow split leather that offers excellent resistance to abrasion, heat, and mechanical wear. The back of the glove features a one-piece aluminized heat-reflective leather construction designed to reflect radiant heat away from the hand, helping reduce heat absorption during demanding industrial operations.

The aluminized material extends across the thumb and side hand area, providing additional protection to critical exposure zones. This specialized construction makes the gloves suitable for applications involving furnaces, foundries, molten metal handling, and heavy welding operations.

A comfortable wing thumb design allows natural hand movement and flexibility, and improve seam durability and protect stitching from sparks, abrasion, and heat-related damage.

The glove is fully sewn with heat-resistant Kevlar® thread for exceptional seam strength and long-term performance. Inside, a dual-zone lining system enhances wearer comfort and protection, featuring a soft fleece lining in the hand area for insulation and a durable denim lining in the cuff section for comfort and flexibility.

An extended gauntlet cuff provides additional protection for the wrist and forearm against sparks, heat, and molten metal splash. The self-hemmed cuff edge further enhances durability while maintaining a clean and professional appearance.
